We're looking for a passionate and experienced Bar & Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant pub/restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong hospitality experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

As our Bar & Restaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring smooth operations across both the bar and restaurant. You will lead and motivate the team, drive sales, and ensure our guests enjoy a memorable experience every time they visit.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the bar and restaurant Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding service Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations Drive sales through promotions, events, and upselling opportunities Handle budgets, rotas, and cost controls effectively Deal with customer feedback in a professional and proactive way
About You:

Previous experience in a management role within a pub, bar, or restaurant A strong leader with excellent people management skills Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent customer service Organised, hands-on, and able to work under pressure Commercially aware, with experience in budgeting and driving sales Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
