The Role

Your role as supervisor will be running your own shifts with a small team to lead while on shift.

You will be

very customer focused

, ensuring all guests have the best time while they are with us.

Manage day?to?day finances--cash-up, POS reconciliation--track labour costs and sales, prepare transaction and inventory reports

Monitor stock levels ( beverage, bar supplies), rotate goods, place orders, liaise with vendors, and reduce waste for cost control

Train, schedule, supervise, and develop front?of?house/bar staff--servers, bartenders, --to ensure smooth operations and

excellent service

Oversee food and drink preparation, delivery, and presentation to guarantee quality and consistency. Regularly engage with guests, address complaints, and elevate their experience

Be able to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment.

Ideally, you will have experience in making cocktails, but no stress if not.

About You

You'll have at least 1 year experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector. A knowledge of spirits and cocktails for this role would be a bonus, but not a deal breaker for the right candidate. We want you to be the face of the bar while running your own shift and have fun while you are it.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 12.80 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 37 per week
