Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced front of house Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our hotel, bar and restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

Supervise and manage bar/restaurant staff, ensuring exceptional customer service is being delivered. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to maintain a positive atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area and cellar in compliance with health regulations. Locking up and cashing up at end of night. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Experience

Previous supervisory or team management experience is essential for this role. Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members effectively. A good balance of friendliness and professionalism. Flexible, reliable, enthusiastic and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
