About the Role:
As
Bar & Restaurant Supervisor
, you'll oversee the daily operations of our bar and restaurant, ensuring top-quality service, efficiency, and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage bar & restaurant staff, including bartenders, servers, and barbacks
Maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere for guests and team members
Implement and uphold standard operating procedures for smooth service
Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations
Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management
Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage service
Train and mentor new staff on bar procedures and customer service
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally
Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and maximize profitability
Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new ideas to enhance the bar experience
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in restaurant or bar management (hotel or pub experience a plus)
Strong bartending skills, including knowledge of mixology and drink preparation
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Proficiency in food safety regulations and food preparation techniques
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenges diplomatically
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interactions
