Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while delivering exceptional service and high-quality beverages. Your expertise in coffee preparation and customer interaction will contribute to an enjoyable experience for all patrons. we will be open from November Until 20th December and then close for 3 months for refurbishment.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Ensure adherence to food safety standards and maintain cleanliness in the work area. Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Handle food preparation tasks as needed, including baking pastries or preparing snacks. Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently using basic math skills. Maintain inventory levels of supplies and assist in restocking as necessary. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Qualifications

Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
