Location: The Orchard Hotel, Falkirk

The Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals aged 18+ to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you will be at the heart of the action, delivering the warm, efficient service we are known for, whether serving a classic meal or keeping the energy high during a busy event.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and friendly table service, taking food and drink orders with accuracy.

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including beers, spirits, and soft drinks.

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in the bar and dining areas.

Handle cash and card transactions using our POS system.

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operation during high-volume events.

Uphold all licensing laws and health & safety standards.

Who You Are:

Aged 18 or over.

A reliable, conscientious, and customer-focused individual.

Possess a positive attitude and impeccable manners.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Previous experience is preferred, but a willingness to learn is most important.

Available to work evenings, weekends, and during special events.
