We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain an organised bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards. Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as necessary. Handle cash and card transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment. A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to help create memorable experiences for guests. Good communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers and colleagues alike. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow effectively.

Pay: 10.00-12.75 per hour
