Mixologist

to join our team at LT16, a vibrant small plates restaurant known for its dynamic flavors and elevated yet approachable atmosphere. As our mixologist, you'll craft unique cocktails that complement our shareable dishes, enhance the guest experience, and embody our commitment to quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, prepare, and serve innovative and classic cocktails with attention to detail, flavor balance, and presentation. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop a cocktail menu that complements seasonal small plates. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar in compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide exceptional guest service, including making recommendations and customizing drinks based on guest preferences. Manage inventory, order bar supplies, and minimize waste through careful portion control. Stay updated on current mixology trends and integrate new techniques and ingredients as appropriate. Train and mentor other bar staff on cocktail preparation and service standards. Ensure compliance with all local alcohol laws and responsible service practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in a fast-paced, upscale or concept-driven restaurant. Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages. Creative flair for developing cocktails with seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a high-energy environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 48 per week
