Duties

Craft and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages, showcasing creativity and attention to detail. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, adhering to food safety regulations. Engage with guests to provide recommendations and create personalised drink experiences. Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients, ensuring timely reordering as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently serve customers during peak hours. Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued. Perform basic math calculations for drink recipes and inventory management.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests and provide outstanding service. Familiarity with serving techniques and basic mixology principles is advantageous. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to continuous learning in beverage trends and techniques.
