Mixologist

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails and beverages based on established recipes and guest preferences Deliver exceptional customer service by interacting with guests, answering questions, and offering recommendations Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar area at all times Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure guest safety and product quality Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink orders efficiently Stay current with industry trends, new ingredients, and evolving mixology techniques Assist in training new bartenders and barbacks as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic math skills for ingredient measurements and handling transactions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Understanding of food safety regulations and alcohol handling procedures Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
