We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for crafting innovative cocktails and providing exceptional service in a vibrant hospitality environment. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through your knowledge of beverages, food safety, and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards. Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend drinks accordingly. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to pair drinks with menu items and enhance the overall dining experience. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new cocktail recipes to continually innovate the drink menu. Assist in training new staff on bartending techniques and customer service standards.

Skills

Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably as a Bartender or Mixologist. Strong basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. A genuine passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when needed.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 11.44-12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 21 per week
