Job Overview:

We are currently seeking Bar Staff to join our team in providing exceptional service at our vibrant new establishment. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.?

Duties:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wines, and beers

- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take customer orders and handle payments accurately

- Upsell additional drinks or menu items to enhance customer satisfaction

- Assist in preparation when required

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations

- Provide support to floor staff as needed

- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently

- Deliver outstanding guest services to create a welcoming atmosphere

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting is advantageous

- Proficiency in basic maths for handling transactions

- Knowledge of food safety practices is desirable

- Ability to work well in a team and independently

- Strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively

- Excellent time management abilities to multitask during busy periods
