- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging warmly with patrons, accurately taking orders, and ensuring prompt delivery of drinks.

- Uphold the pristine condition of the bar area, managing restocking of supplies and meticulous cleaning of equipment.

- Strictly adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to guarantee the health and safety of our guests.

- Handle opening and closing procedures with precision, including cash management and reconciliation of daily sales.

- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain seamless operations during peak hours.

- Apply basic math skills effectively for transaction handling and inventory management.

- Exhibit excellent time management skills to efficiently prioritize and execute tasks in a high-paced environment.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in bartending or a similar role, ideally within a luxury hospitality setting.

- Driving License as we are in a remote area

- Proficiency in basic mathematics for managing cash transactions and order calculations.

- A thorough understanding of food safety practices to ensure a hygienic work environment.

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.

- Capability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a professional and positive demeanour.

- Strong time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks without compromising quality.
