Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and menu offerings to provide recommendations to guests. Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service guidelines. Keep the bar area clean, organised, and well-stocked with supplies. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing excellent hospitality and assistance as needed.

Experience

Previous bartending experience is essential; Strong understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence. Time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
