Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartenders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong practices. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Engage with customers, providing excellent service and assistance while taking drink orders. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and report any shortages to management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a . Strong knowledge of food safety practices. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink recipes. Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery. A valid bartending certification or relevant training is advantageous but not essential.
