Job Description

We are seeking skilled bar staff to join our team at 'Aura' .

Aura is an independent restaurant located within the Coal Exchange Hotel in Cardiff Bay. This person will need to be proficient in making cocktails, have a base knowledge of spirits, wines and beers- however training hours will be provided for our specific offering. The role will be a mix of bar service and dispense, and include some floor shifts for our bar tables.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Service charge is paid on top of hourly pay.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to customers, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Adhere to food safety and health regulations while handling ingredients and serving drinks. Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
