Job Description

We're looking for a confident, capable bartender to join our team at longa. You'll be behind the bar mixing signature cocktails, pouring beautiful drinks, and making sure everything's spotless and closed down properly at the end of the night. This role suits someone who's quick on their feet, pays attention to detail, and genuinely enjoys creating a great atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare longa's signature cocktails. Make classic cocktails confidently and accurately. Pour wines, beers, and other beverages to a high standard. Take ownership of closing the bar, including stock checks and cleaning. Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-stocked bar throughout your shift. Support the front-of-house team during service. Deliver a warm, welcoming guest experience every time.

About You

1+ years' bartending experience in a fast-paced setting. Strong knowledge of cocktail techniques and beverage service. Dependable, punctual, and proactive in closing duties. Calm under pressure with a positive attitude. Team player who can also work autonomously. A real passion for hospitality and creating excellent drinks. Fluent in English.
