Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing excellent service and responding to their needs promptly. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Stay informed about new drink trends, menu items, and promotions to enhance customer experience.

Skills

Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain hygiene standards at the bar. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help colleagues as needed.
