We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or nightclub environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections. Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handling cash and credit card payments. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service for all guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during service. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Uphold the highest standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering setting is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs. A passion for the food industry, brewing, and hospitality is highly desirable. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week
