Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Provide excellent hospitality by engaging with customers, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic math skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drink orders. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a safe dining environment. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
