We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience within our establishment.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol. Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies as needed and tracking stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring basic maths skills are employed for processing payments.

Requirements

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant industry is preferred. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on hospitality. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. A willingness to help colleagues and contribute positively to the team environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
