Essential skills required:

Bar tending experience Mixology
Other skills and attributes required:

Previous experience working in hospitality Positive attitude. Strong work ethic. Hospitable nature. Ability to be proactive and to use initiative Extensive Cocktail and Whisky knowledge Create and Execute Cocktails. Train and Mentor Bartenders Maintain Beverage Inventory Ensure Cleanliness and Organization Engage with Customers Cash Handling and Reporting Collaborate with Kitchen Staff Stay Updated on Industry Trends Monitor and Maintain Bar Equipment

As a bartender at The Globe Inn, you will need to have a passion for whisky, wine and entertaining, offering our guests the warmest of welcomes.
