We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Bartender at the Telegraph Hotel, Coventry.

Who are we:

Located in the historic former premises of the Coventry Evening Telegraph, the Telegraph Hotel. An iconic building at the very heart of the city centre, the hotel evokes the famed mid-century 1950s architecture of Coventry and will be a reflection of its former life as a thriving newspaper and printer works. It will feature 88 air-conditioned bedrooms, several of which will be duplex penthouse suites, as well as a stylish restaurant in a glazed courtyard, meeting, event and conference space, alongside a rooftop bar overlooking Belgrade Square.

The ideal candidate would possess outstanding communication skills, resourceful, efficient, and with an outstanding eye for detail.

The role will include:

1. Preparation of the Bars for service

2. Cocktail making and input in new menu production

3. Preparing and maintaining a safe area of work within the food and beverage operation

4. Predominantly evening / late shifts

5. Scope to progress into future roles within the department / business

Shift lengths can vary day to day due to the demand on the business, Weekend work included.

Wage meets national minimum wage guidelines and reviewed in April, Negotiable for the right candidate.
