We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar environment. Your ability to manage time effectively and adhere to food safety standards will be crucial in this role.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and disposing of waste appropriately. Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed, and assisting in ordering when necessary. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety practices. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Function/wedding experience preferred. Familiarity with bartending techniques and drink recipes. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. A commitment to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of food safety regulations is beneficial but can be taught on the job.
