Position Overview
As a Bartender at KONG Roof Garden & Bar, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in creating a vibrant atmosphere and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Cocktail Preparation:
Create a variety of cocktails to a high standard, adhering to recipes and presentation guidelines.Customer Interaction:
Engage with guests, take orders, and provide drink recommendations.Maintain Bar Stock:
Keep the bar stocked, replenishing supplies as needed, and monitor inventory levels.Bar Cleanliness:
Ensure the bar area is clean and well-organised, maintaining hygiene standards.Adhere to Licensing Laws:
Ensure compliance with all relevant licensing regulations.Requirements:
Bartending Experience:
Previous experience in a bartending role is essential.Customer Service Skills:
Strong ability to engage with and serve customers effectively.Product Knowledge:
Good understanding of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine.Availability:
Must be available for nights and weekends.Team Player:
