Forbidden Florist Bartender;

We are currently searching for an ambitious bartender or Mixologist. Experience working in restaurants and cocktail bars desired, however full training will be provided.

The bar at Forbidden Florist oozes style and sophistication. Innovation and intriguing taste extends to every aspect of the drinks served.

We wanted to create a unique space where locals and visitors alike can enjoy thoughtful, inspired menus and innovative, crafted cocktails in the most welcoming environment. An escape from the every day.

Ideally you will have good bar experience and be passionate about hospitality. You will have a thirst for knowledge coupled with a desire to give your guests the very best service, standards and product.

A flavour of the role

Develop a culture of confidence and encouragement to engage with guests, seeking feedback on a regular basis, get to know the 'regulars' and acknowledge loyalty Training and development plays a key part in the role, regularly learning how to make new drinks and help develop new menus Health & Safety agree and implement actions to continuously improve the guest experience Demonstrate a high standard of bar and personal presentation As well as bar work, you will provide table service and take food orders, use an electronic till system and take payments

Hours & Pay

Part time hours to include weekdays and weekends. Our opening hours are 11am till late 7 days a week. Saturdays are compulsory with one or two evening weekday shifts available. Pay to negotiated depending on age and experience.

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time

Pay: 12.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 16 per week
