Heckfield Place is a beautifully restored luxury hotel on a 438-acre estate in the English county of Hampshire. Across the Hotel we prepare food and drink that celebrates simplicity, seasonality, and a sense of place, with a focus on sustainability. It is thanks to this that we are honoured that our Marle Restaurant has been awarded a Green Michelin Star.


The Food & Beverage Department is currently looking for a

Bartender

to join our House and Bars Team. This position is currently being considered on a fixed term basis, although we would be willing to consider and explore permanent opportunities as applicable.

Position responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

Engage positively and professionally with all guests and colleagues. Have an excellent customer service attitude and work ethic by providing an exemplary level of service to our guests. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and management. Have a flexible schedule that allows you to work evenings and weekends often. Have excellent knowledge of the food and beverages served in the F&B outlets. Develop your knowledge and abilities with the Bar Program, with the guidance of the House and Bars Manager. Daily running of the Bar and House operations including food and beverage service, regular cleaning of bar areas, and assisting with monthly stock take.
