Job Summary

We are seeking a enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of the bartending craft. You will be responsible for serving a variety of beverages while providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain high standards will contribute to an enjoyable experience for our Members & Guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic maths for processing payments. Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with licensing laws. Assist in inventory management, including restocking as necessary.

Requirements

Previous experience in a bar setting is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 11.44-13.00 per hour
