Incognito Cocktail Bars are looking for brilliant Bartenders and Mixologists to join us and be part of the team at Incognito at our Kingston upon Thames venue.

Incognito is based in a stunning speakeasy setting, incorporating Incognito Tavern' We have a focus on molecular mixology, attention to detail, the theatrics of the product and overall customer experience.

Our first bar has been open since April 2018. Winner of four "Best Bar in Hampshire" awards and turning heads nationally, we are a truly unique and intriguing experience. Due to our success so far we have started to expand our team in Kingston.

We are looking for creative people, with a passion for mixology and cocktails. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience with advanced cocktails and methods, molecular mixology and classic cocktails as well as an opportunity to be more creative than any other bar chain.

The individuals must be enthusiastic, driven and willing to build on their existing skills. This role is extremely rewarding and will require the ongoing learning/studying and developing their bar skills. Our attention to detail and theatrical elements are what sets us apart from our competitors. All of our staff will have an opportunity to create drinks for upcoming new menus and events.

Responsibilities

Mix and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service to customers.

Qualifications

Bartending experience Strong hospitality skills Knowledge of food safety regulations Previous restaurant experience preferred Excellent time management abilities
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-16.00 per hour
