As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations. Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels as needed. Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a friendly and inviting environment for all patrons.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or within the restaurant industry is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of various drink recipes and cocktail preparation techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Demonstrated time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of food safety practices and regulations is an advantage.
