Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and refuse service to intoxicated or underage customers
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
- Upsell additional drinks, appetizers, or desserts to increase sales
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment for staff and customers

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant
