As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain an organised and clean bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Engage with customers, providing friendly and efficient service while taking drink orders and answering queries. Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible alcohol service and assist in managing any issues that may arise. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders when applicable. Keep track of inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed, and reporting any shortages to management. Uphold the establishment's standards for quality, cleanliness, and hospitality at all times.

Skills

Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices accurately. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in beverage preparation. Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards customers and team members alike. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A willingness to help colleagues and contribute positively to the team atmosphere.

Pay: 13.00-14.30 per hour
