The Brown Dog Pub in the Little Chelsea Area of Barnes in South West London has recently been acquired by an ambitious investor group with a vision to transform it into a hospitality haven. We are looking for a drinks fanatic who can take charge of the bar and deliver outstanding service in this neighbourhood gem of a venue.

Key Roles & Repsonsibilities

Be a warm welcoming personality to our guests. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers including a small but ezxcellent cocktial list Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment Maintain a well-stocked bar and undertake stock takes Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register and POS system Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Previous Experience

Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role required Knowledge of bartending techniques, recipes, and drink preparation Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team but we are also looking for a statesman, a personality that can hold down the bar as we grow the best pub in London and the UK. You'll be the first face that guests see and the one they interact with the most.

We are a neighbourhood pub and dining room nestled amongst the houses of Barnes and have an incredible and loyal local following.

If you have previous bartending experience, excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Pay: Up to 16.00 per hour
