Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mixology, a deep appreciation for Italian beverages, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Drink Preparation:

Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.

Guest Interaction:

Engage with guests to provide recommendations, take orders, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Menu Knowledge:

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the bar menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation styles.

Inventory Management:

Assist in managing bar inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels to minimize waste.

Cleanliness and Organization:

Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth service and a cohesive dining experience for guests.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a bartender in a high-end restaurant or bar setting. Strong knowledge of Italian wines, spirits, and cocktail preparation techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
