As a Bartender at Ham Yard Hotel, you will be an integral part of our esteemed bar team, crafting a diverse range of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with flair and finesse. From classic cocktails to innovative creations, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, with precision and creativity. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, adhering to health and safety standards at all times. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring exceptional customer service. Collaborate with fellow team members to uphold the high standards of our bar and contribute to a positive work environment. Demonstrate a keen attention to detail in every aspect of drink preparation and presentation. Stay informed about current beverage trends and participate in training opportunities to further develop your skills and knowledge.

What you Need:

A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for our guests. The ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, working effectively alongside colleagues to achieve common goals. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; we welcome enthusiastic individuals with a willingness to learn. Excellent communication skills and a natural flair for providing exceptional customer service. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in every aspect of your work. Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude that inspires both your colleagues and our guests.
