An exciting opportunity to be part of the fabulous Cabana family! Our stunning

restaurant is in need of an Bartender.

Cabana is the home of the mighty flame-grilled Spicy Malagueta Chicken! Our restaurants are Latin American inspired known for fabulous grills and cocktails delivered in a vibrant, buzzing atmosphere!

We are ideally looking for an Bartener who:

Deliver our core focus; To lift people's spirits & create memorable experiences

Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers to Cabana specification

Have a strong knowledge of our drink menu, ingredients, and be able to make recommendations to guests based on their preferences

Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service and enhancing their overall experience

Handle opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar area

Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar area, following health and safety and food safety guidelines at all times

Handle cash and operate the POS system efficiently for transactions

Outgoing, dedicated to their role and keen to build and grow an enthusiastic and hardworking team

Has a high level of organization in the workplace and strong management skills

Are available full time and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and most holidays

Have a good personality and a positive and enthusiastic attitude

Is consistent and reliable and an excellent team player
