Job Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bartender. You'll play a vital part in ensuring our customers have an exceptional time while enjoying our delicious cocktails, Tacos and a lively atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Drink Preparation

Learning & preparing cocktails & drinks from menu spec:

Through training, building, creating and serving cocktails & drinks from the current menu

Cocktail Prep:

Understand the processes and techniques used to create in-house recipes for cocktails - batch processes, syrup making etc
Menu Development

Drink Creation:

With guidance from the Bar manager, developing and updating the bar menu, including creating new cocktails and ensuring a diverse selection of beverages.

Quality Control:

Ensuring all drinks are made to the highest standards and consistent quality.
Bar Operations

Opening/Closing Procedures:

Oversee the opening and closing of the bar, including setting up the bar for service and securing it at the end of the night.

Cleanliness and Maintenance:

Ensure the bar area is clean, well-organised, and complies with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality - 1 year as a minimum.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers and colleagues effortlessly.
- Demonstrated knowledge and passion for mixology including familiarity with various spirits, cocktails.
- High level of professionalism and integrity, exemplifying a positive attitude and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs.
- Excellent time management skills, with a proactive approach to learning and self-improvement.
