Job duties include setting up cocktail bar, preparing syrups, juices, garnishes, mixing drinks, serving drinks, clearing tables, stocking drink fridges, giving drinks advice to customers, washing/drying/polishing glassware, helping to develop the drinks menu and cleaning the bar area..

Responsibilities

Preparing the cocktail bar for service. Maintaining a high level of customer service. Preparing syrups, juices and garnishes. Mixing and serving drinks. Preparing garnishes. Cleaning the bar after service. Making coffees. Serving tables drinks and taking orders.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

Bartending experience Knowledge of Cocktails
Desirable Skills

Wine training Experience in making fresh syrups and juices Supervisory experience Barista experience

Further Information

Work time: Wednesday, Thursdays, Friday, Saturday & Sundays. Hours will mainly be in the evening.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
