Double Zero is an esteemed independent restaurant, renowned for crafting the finest pizzas in the UK. Recognized as the UK's best pizzeria in 2023 and honoured as Deliveroo's best pizza in the North West and Midlands in 2024, we take immense pride in our culinary excellence and commitment to customer satisfaction. After nine successful years in Chorlton, we are excited to expand our presence to Manchester's City Centre. We are seeking experienced and passionate Bartenders to join our team and contribute to our new venture.

Position Overview:

As a Bartender at Double Zero, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional bar service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. With our transition from a BYOB concept to providing a full bar service, your expertise and experience will be essential in helping us achieve our goals. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar bartending role, be comfortable working in high-paced environments, and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and consistency. Take beverage orders from guests and interact with them in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies. Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies. Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience. Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a bartending role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, mixology techniques, and beverage service. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
