We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food safety and beverage preparation. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs promptly. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their experience.

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
