Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at a vibrant cafe in the heart of New Quay. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Must be able to work evenings and weekends, please note that this job is seasonal.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, and spirits
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist in restocking and replenishing bar inventory
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Experience:
- Proven experience working as a Bartender in a busy hospitality environment
- Proficient in time management to handle multiple orders efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
