Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.

Skills

Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the venue/nightclub industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and cocktail recipes. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently. A commitment to providing exceptional hospitality to enhance the guest experience. Understanding of food safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.61 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
