Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at a vibrant, traditional Bar in the heart of the village. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent time management skills, and the ability to converse with customers.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve drinks to customers in line with company recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Monitor and restock bar inventory
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a busy restaurant or bar environment
- Proficient in basic maths for handling transactions
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail recipes
- Ability to work well under pressure and during peak hours
