Zia Pizza Semington is looking for a talented and enthusiastic

Bartender

to join our dynamic team. We are seeking someone with a passion for cocktails, coffee, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be experienced in drink preparation, confident using a POS system, and proactive in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, coffee, and soft beverages, to a consistently high standard. Operate the bar POS system accurately for taking orders and processing transactions. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, including glassware, coffee machines, and equipment. Monitor stock levels and communicate with management to ensure timely restocking of bar ingredients and supplies. Greet and interact with customers warmly, making personalised drink recommendations when needed. Ensure responsible alcohol service and adhere to all food safety and licensing regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Assist in training junior staff on drink preparation and customer interaction.

Skills & Requirements

Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred. Confident in making cocktails, coffees, and a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Skilled in using POS systems for order processing and billing. Knowledge of drink recipes, hygiene standards, and alcohol service compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods while maintaining high service standards. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
