Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure their needs are met promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, assisting in ordering when necessary. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is given. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Stay updated on new drink trends and menu offerings to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain hygiene standards in the bar area. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. A genuine passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
