We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness of the bar and coffee shop areas, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste appropriately. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining basic math skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and coordination during busy periods. Manage time effectively to maintain service speed during peak hours while ensuring quality remains high.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with bartending practices. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences. Knowledge of food safety standards is essential to ensure compliance in beverage preparation and service. Basic math skills are necessary for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A friendly demeanour with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members alike.
