We are looking for a talented and passionate full-time Bartender to join our Coburg Bar team at the award-winning 5-Star deluxe hotel - The Connaught.

The Role:

As a Bartenderin the Coburg Bar, you will be responsible for preparing and mixing drinks for our customers, you will provide a courteous and efficient service to all guests and maintain the highest levels of service throughout each shift. You will be required to be fully conversant with all drink menus and learn the correct presentation, garnish and the correct accompaniments for all drinks served and to comply with licensing laws. Attention to detail and interaction with guests is essential in this outlet.

Responsibilities:

You will be passionate about people and in joining a team committed to delivering an outstanding bar experience. With this in mind, ideally you will have previous experience within a similar role, and a working knowledge of quality wines, products and cocktails would be beneficial.
