We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a strong understanding of bartending practices. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and ensure responsible serving practices are followed. Handle cash transactions accurately. This job involves late night working. Also involves weekend working.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour. Basic maths skills for processing payments effectively. A genuine passion for providing exceptional service in a bar setting. Must be able to provide references. Must be over 18.
