Front of House Bartenders

to join our team.

What We Offer:

Your Role:

As a Bartender, you'll be the face of our venue, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. Key responsibilities include:

Working with the front-of-house team during shifts to deliver outstanding service. Building relationships with our regulars and ensuring all customers feel welcome and valued. Making cocktails and serving drinks fast and to a high standard during our busy periods. Taking part in opening or closing procedures and working with our digital POS system. Keeping up cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant and bar areas. Handling reservations, seating, and guest queries with warmth and professionalism.

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality. Charisma and exceptional people skills to engage with guests and build relationships. Confidence with opening, closing, and using a digital POS system. A positive, proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities. A passion for creating memorable customer experiences. Full availability across weekdays and weekends (currently closed Mondays and Tuesdays for winter). A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience making drinks and cocktails.

Pay:

12.21 per hour + tips (equivalent to 1/hour or more).

Schedule:

4-5 days a week, 20-30 hours, with flexible shifts.
