We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mixologist to join our vibrant team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages while providing exceptional customer service in a lively and fast-paced environment. Your expertise in bartending and hospitality will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend drinks tailored to their tastes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as necessary to ensure the bar is well-stocked. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced till. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours. Stay updated on drink trends, cocktail recipes, and new products to enhance the beverage menu. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods. Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a hygienic work environment. A passion for helping others and providing outstanding service to enhance guest satisfaction.
